Brief title / working title
A Celebration of the Stonemason
Short description of publication (purpose)
The purpose of this publication is to create an awareness of the lost art that is stonemasonry and why it is so important. Stonemasonry can be found in a vast variation of places for instance church grounds. Places like this have been defiled by modern laziness in design and this is something that should be addressed in this publication.
Target reader / audience (include reasons)
The target will be modern designers. This is because it is important that traditional design processes such as this become recognised as it is currently being tarnished by poorly produced design. Modern designers must be made aware of this change.

Format/Production Considerations
The publication must represent hand made craftsmanship within its production. This will resemble the hard work in design that is somewhat lost these days in modern design. Should be made with great attention to the materials used. Use at least one traditional design method such as embossing, letterpress or another form of hand rendered printing.
